1. Material
A: Color steel roof panels-made by pressing galvanized (or aluminum-zinc color steel);
B: Aluminum alloy roof panel-made by pressing aluminum alloy plate;
C: Stainless steel roof panel-made by pressing stainless steel plate;
D: Waterproof coiled roof panel-laid on insulation material or color steel plate.
2. Insulation performance
A: Single-layer roof panel-a profiled roof panel made of colored steel flat plates through roll forming. This kind of roof panel has poor thermal insulation performance;
B: Sandwich roof panel-it is made of two layers of waterproof color coated steel plate or other metal as the panel, and the sandwich panel material is injected in the middle. The commonly used sandwich materials are polystyrene, polyurethane and rock wool. The roof panel has good thermal insulation performance, but due to the processing in the factory, when the panel length exceeds a certain requirement, it is difficult to transport;
C: On-site composite board-laying glass insulation wool on the construction site, the roof panel can be processed on-site according to the length requirements, this kind of roof panel has good insulation performance, the entire roof can be done without overlap, and the transportation is convenient.
Three, fixed way
A: Screw penetration type-the self-tapping screw directly penetrates the roof panel and is fixed on the purlin;
B: Concealed buckle type-no screws on the surface, and the roof panel is buckled on the supporting fasteners through processing and matching tolerances;
C: occlusal type I-the surface roof panel is connected to the support by crimping, but the panel and the panel, the panel and the support can slide relatively;
D: occlusal type Ⅱ-the surface roof panel is connected with the support by crimping, but the panel and the panel, the panel and the support can not slide relatively.
