1. Ordinary pure zinc coating products
Ordinary hot-dip galvanized products can be divided into ordinary spangles, small spangles, zinc-free and smooth surface products according to their surface conditions. Because of its good corrosion resistance, excellent processing and forming performance, low production cost, and beautiful appearance, it is widely used in construction, automobiles, home appliances and other industries. Especially for small spangles and zinc-free coating products, the surface grains are small, compact, smooth, and have better coating and corrosion resistance, especially suitable for home appliances, color coating and other industries.
2. Zinc Aluminum Alloy Coated Sheet
Zinc-aluminum alloy coated sheet is also called low-aluminum galvanized steel sheet, the coating contains 5% Al, 95% Zn, and trace rare earth elements. The main advantage is that the plasticity and adhesion of the coating are very good, and the corrosion resistance before and after deformation is unchanged; the corrosion resistance of the atmosphere is 2 to 3 times that of the conventional hot-dip galvanized sheet, and it has good coating and weldability. Among all galvanized sheets, it has the best toughness, corrosion resistance and formability comparable to electro-galvanized sheets. This product is mainly used for corrosion and weather resistance environment and coating material substrate.
3. Aluminum-zinc alloy coated sheet
The coating structure of the aluminum-zinc alloy plate is Al-Zn alloy, and the coating composition is 55% Al, 43.3% Zn, 1.6% Si. Its surface is smooth and has excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, which is 2 to 6 times higher than the same hot-dip galvanized sheet. It has high temperature corrosion resistance similar to that of hot-dip aluminum plate, and can be used for a long time without any discoloration or deformation at a high temperature of 315 degrees. Water corrosion resistance is better than hot-dip galvanized sheet and hot-dip aluminum sheet, and soil corrosion resistance is better than hot-dip galvanized sheet. Its heat reflectivity is higher than 75%, which is twice that of ordinary galvanized sheet. With good paintability and processability, it is gradually replacing galvanized sheets and widely used in the world.
4. Hot rolled galvanized sheet
Hot-rolled galvanized sheet is a galvanized sheet produced by hot-rolled sheet as the base plate, which is directly pickled and galvanized. The board can be widely used in construction, automobiles, steel silos, railway passenger cars, highway guardrail boards, etc. At present, the domestic production of hot-rolled galvanized sheets is relatively small, and most of the galvanized production lines that have been built and put into production are galvanized sheets with cold-rolled sheets as the substrate. Compared with cold-rolled galvanized sheet, hot-rolled galvanized sheet is not very different in performance. Because hot-rolled galvanized sheet saves the cold rolling process, the production cost is lower, and it has obvious price advantages.
