SHANDONG PINJIE NEW MATERIAL CO., LTD is a comprehensive steel plate manufacturer integrating R&D, production, sales and service. Founded in 2007 and located in Boxing County, Shandong Province , the company covers an area of 30,000 square meters with over 200 employees. It operates departments including Production, Quality Inspection, Human Resources, Finance, Administration, Domestic Trade, Foreign Trade and Customer Service. The factory is adjacent to China’s steel plate distribution center — Xingfu Steel Market — with convenient land and sea transportation, close to Jinan in the west, Tianjin in the north and Qingdao in the east.
The company operates 1 galvanizing line, 3 color coating lines and more than 20 pressing machines. Annual production capacity reaches 100,000 tons of galvanized sheets, 200,000 tons of color-coated sheets and 200,000 tons of corrugated boards. Product thickness ranges from 0.12mm to 7.0mm and width from 750mm to 1250mm. Equipped with advanced international facilities, the company can produce thick plates without pressure for both galvanizing and color coating processes. Its product portfolio includes galvanized coils (GI), galvalume coils (GL), prepainted galvanized/galvalume coils (PPGI/PPGL), printed/embossed boards, appliance boards, anti-fingerprint boards, color steel tiles, composite panels and more. Products are exported to over 50 countries and regions, including Korea, Russia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and South America.
