The installation of the wall panel starts after the roof panel has been installed a few empty spaces. The installation of the profiled board is carried out in accordance with the relevant construction regulations. The roof panels are laid against the prevailing wind direction throughout the year.
2. The installation straightness of roof beams and purlins should be strictly checked before roof panel installation, and vertical and horizontal control points (one point at each pillar) shall be set on the roof to form a control network after passing the recheck.
3. When installing the roof panel, set up a springboard. First, set a control line every 6m, first survey and draw the reference line of the profiled plate perpendicular to the purlin, install the side brackets according to the reference line, and install and fix the side brackets. Bracket, the fixed bracket is welded to the roof purlin, the distance between the center of the fixed bracket and the top center of the side bracket should be accurate, draw a control line every 600mm. When installing the first profiled board, the board should be handled with care, construction personnel are not allowed to wear hard-soled shoes, and strictly control the straightness and starting position of the roof panel. When installing the second and later profiled boards, the automatic crimping machine is used to clamp the joints of the roof panels to make the overlap tight and seamless, and the center is aligned. The roof panels should be installed with head plates, water baffles, etc. as required to facilitate the installation of the roof corners and flooding to ensure the installation quality of the roof panels. The boards laid on the same day must be fixed on the same day.
4. When installing the gutter, control points must be given on the wall purlin to control the horizontal straightness and elevation deviation of the gutter installation.
5. The installation quality of the purlin and other wall structure should be strictly checked before the wall panel is installed, and the installation can be carried out after the review is qualified.
6. Before installing the first wall profiled board, hang a reference line perpendicular to the ground at the highest part of the wall, and then pull a horizontal line parallel to the ground at the bottom of the profiled board, and use the horizontal and vertical reference lines as the standard The profiled board is fixed on the wall purlin, and so on, until the last profiled board is installed.
7. When installing the wall profile plate, the connection must be tight, and the fastening force of the connecting bolts for the connection must be even and neatly arranged.
