1. Set up pedestrian walkways on the purlins to ensure construction safety and construction progress.
2. When installing, use a gantry crane to hang the roof panel onto the roof. Lifting straps must use flexible straps such as nylon straps or cloth straps, and steel straps are not allowed. A protective wooden strip should be inserted between the package and the strap or package to prevent deformation of the board edge.
3. Before installation, the surface of the board should be cleaned first, and then check whether there is any residue on the board surface. If available, clean the residue with detergent and water, and wipe the surface moisture with a dry cloth.
4. The laying direction of steel plates must be laid against the dominant direction. During the roof panel installation process, the line must be bounced at any time to prevent accumulated errors.
5. During the roof panel installation, the roof ridge cover and waterproof plug must be installed at the same time to prevent water from entering when it rains.
6. Color panels are more sensitive to concentrated loads. Therefore, during roof color panel construction, construction personnel should not gather together to avoid local damage to the profiled panels caused by concentrated loads.
7. When installing the roof panel, install it while lifting and transporting it. At least, the color panel that is hoisted to the roof must be installed on the same day. Any profiled panel that has not been installed that day must take corresponding measures to prevent it from falling.
8. Quality requirements: the size of the roof panel is correct, the surface is clean, there are no noticeable bumps and folds, the joints are straight, the vertical and horizontal laps are straight, the joints are even and neat, and the joints are tight and no warping.
