Pressed corrugated board refers to steel formed by cold pressing or cold rolling of thin steel plate. The steel plate adopts organic coated thin steel plate (or color steel plate), galvanized thin steel plate, profiled plate, anti-corrosion thin steel plate (including asbestos asphalt layer) or other thin steel plates. Profiled steel plate has the advantages of light unit weight, high strength, good seismic performance, fast construction, beautiful appearance, etc. It is a good building material and component, mainly used for enclosures, floors, and other structures. According to different functional requirements, the profiled steel plate can be pressed into a wave shape, a hyperbolic wave shape, a rib shape, a V shape, a stiffening shape, etc. The common thickness of roof and wall is 0.4~1.6mm; when used in load-bearing floor or silo, the thickness is 2~3mm or more. The wave height generally ranges from 10 to 200 mm. When not stiffening, the height-to-thickness ratio should be controlled within 200. When using a long roof panel, the slope can be 2 to 5%, and the deflection does not exceed l/300 (l is the calculated span length).
Main uses: 1. Various roofing and wall decoration 2. Interior and exterior decoration materials 3. Floor structure of civil residential buildings 4. Workshop 5. Public buildings such as exhibition halls, sports centers, power plants, railway stations, etc.
Quality characteristics: 1. Beautiful appearance, reasonable design, reliable quality, easy installation and operation, with high practicability, economy and market share. 2. Good waterproof effect 3. Wide application
